I am a representative for vBulletin Solutions, which owns and operates vBulletin. It has come to our attention that you are using the vBulletin software on your website: http://www.phuot.net/. Be advised that vBulletin considers this use blatant infringement of the trademark, applicable copyrights, and is a form of unfair competition. As such, we deem this activity actionable under the US Trademark Act of 1946, the Lanham Act, as well as state unfair practices law. We invite you to review the law of trademark infringement that is a form of unfair competition as set forth in §43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 USC §1125(a) as well as under various state laws.
vBulletin Solutions requests you hereby immediately cease and desist use of the vBulletin software, including its use on your website and confirm to us in writing that you have done so. Alternatively, you may purchase a license for formal use of the vBulletin software from http://www.vbulletin.com.
If our forum software has not been removed from your website, or you have not formally purchased a license within 14 days we will move forward with contacting your internet host and seek immediate removal of your website.
